Responsibilities

• Build upon the product vision and roadmap, and participate in ideation, creation and delivery of products
• Demonstrate high quality design principles, and lead UX design including research, strategy, interaction design and visual design
• Initiate and execute research projects to uncover insights from customers’ pain points and behaviour and monitor data to validate design ideas and identify user needs across markets
• Comfortable launching and iterating quickly and using data (such as Google Analytics, etc)
• Develop new ideas to overcome design roadblocks through simplicity and user friendliness
• Work on a framework for judging the success or failure of the product
• Responsible for creating wireframes, prototyping, and overseeing product builds
• Work closely with various stakeholders including management, development, sales and marketing teams to build user centric product and provide suggestion and comments from the UX perspective
• Have enthusiasm for Agile project management methodologies
• Be a team player and willing to learn

Requirements

• 2-3 years experience in UI/UX design
• Great communication skills
• Self motivated and driven personality
• Experience working with users feedback to build great products
• Design tools such as Photoshop, Illustrator, Sketch, XD and others
• Skilled in building low to high fidelity prototypes quickly
• Design systems, style guides and responsive design
