* Perform day-to-day administrative duties
* Perform day-to-day bookkeeping
* Perform day-to-day data entries
* Processing of AP & AR.
Requirements
* Must possess basic knowledge of Accounts
* Minimum 1-2 years’ of relevant working experience
* Perform monthly bank reconciliation statements.
* Possess good communication, interpersonal skill and must be meticulous
* Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
* Team-player and must be to work independently and take initiatives.
* Proficient in MS Word & Excel
* You will undergo training for Accounting software (XERO)
* 5-days work/week
* Open to only Singaporeans & PR
* Mature Workers welcomed too
* Location: Bishan-Marymount (and in near future, Henderson)
