Be A Part of Our Growth! Join Our Dynamic Team as A Business Management Associate (Internship)

•  Learn about various aspects of the business including Drug testing, Alcohol testing, Infectious Disease Kits, and Medical Device Regulatory Affairs.
• Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders, addressing inquiries, concerns, and requests in a timely and professional manner
• Provide support in developing and executing strategies that enhance brand visibility and drive sales.
• Analyzing market trends and consumer behaviour to refine marketing content, addressing challenges and capitalizing on growth opportunities.
• Support marketing efforts such as EDM, edits to websites, create promotional materials, etc.
• Assist in Google AdWords campaigns by analyzing search query reports to refine and expand keyword lists, monitoring and analyzing campaign metrics (CTR, CPC, conversion rates), and generating detailed performance reports with actionable insights.
•  Use AI tools such as ChatGPT and Midjourney to improve business workflow
• Analyse and track shipping cost trends, identify opportunities for process improvement. Ensure our shipping operations are both cost-effective and efficient.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams, including Marketing, Regulatory, Operations, and Finance to enhance workflow, support operational improvements and resolve conflicts.
• Contribute to the meticulous processing of government tenders, adhering diligently to regulatory requirements.
• Handle diverse operational tasks as they arise, playing a pivotal role in optimizing the efficiency and effectiveness of our business.

Requirements:

• Organised and able to work well in a dynamic work environment
• Willing to learn and speak up
• Digital native
• Full-time NITEC/Higher NITEC student OR a full-time student pursuing an undergraduate degree or diploma from universities in Singapore
• Singaporeans and PRs
