Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Performing administrative tasks, such as data entry, record keeping, budgeting, and reporting
  • Organizing and scheduling meetings and events, both internal and external
  • Handling phone calls and customer enquiries
  • Supervising and delegating responsibilities to other staff
  • Maintaining office supplies and inventory
  • Responsible for paper works/documentation, invoice/billing, correspondence letter, pay slip, letter of employment etc.
  • Prepare meeting minutes & various reports.
  • Communication over the phone to Mosque & relevant parties related to our business.
  • Co-ordination & sales and other teams to make sure sales & deliveries are on time.
  • Any ad-hoc duties assigned by the management.

 

Required Skills/Abilities:

  • Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.


Education and Experience:

  • Diploma in related field OR
  • At least 3 years of related experience required.
  • Willing to work during weekends.


Office hours:

  • Monday to Friday form 9am to 6pm
  • Saturdays 9am to 1pm
