As a PMO intern, you will work under the guidance of an assigned supervisor to support the Product Management team on the following tasks:

  • Ensure delivery of key projects and new product development plan
  • Monitor project milestones against timeline and identify gaps and remedy actions
  • Schedule project meetings, prepare agenda, document meeting minutes and track actions
  • Provide regular and timely progress updates to product managers
  • Prepare portfolio dashboard and reports for management review
  • Maintain PMO process governance with periodic checks on compliance

Internship learning outcomes:

  • You will gain exposure in learning the ways of working in end-to-end product management and collaborating with cross-functional teams
  • You will acquire practical experience in managing projects and overcoming challenges
  • You will be able to build capability in project management to deliver business impact

We are looking for a team member with:

  • Passion in project management with strong organizational skills and diligence to push for project delivery
  • Ability to multitask, prioritise under pressure and deal with ambiguity
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills


  • Currently pursuing Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business or related discipline
  • A Project Management Professional (PMP) certificate may be advantageous
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint
  • Familiar with data visualisation software such as Microsoft Power BI
  • Willing to commit to the whole internship duration (5 to 6 months)
