We are looking for a HR & Finance intern who thrives in a challenging, exciting and fast-paced start-up environment. He/she should be proactive, organized and able to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a timely manner. Someone who is independent but also able to collaborate in a team environment.
Reporting directly to our HR & Finance Manager, you will play a key role in performing necessary arrangements for candidates, as well as having to be detail oriented when it comes to creating invoices and tallying of amounts in the commission statement received.
Job Scope: HR
Scanning through candidates who applied on our job search sites
Conducting interviews
Assisting in the selection process ranging from liaising with candidates, interview arrangement to room booking
Build and maintain a database of potential candidates
Develop, update, implement job scopes in the event of new roles
Any other ad-hoc tasks as assigned
Finance
Creating invoices for clients, suppliers and partners as needed
Ensure invoices of monthly commission statements tally with our database
Review of expense claims by employees and prepare reimbursement
Process data system entry into spreadsheets
Requirements:
Possess People's skills
JC graduates waiting to be matriculated into Universities and Polytechnics are welcomed!
