Job Description

Summary of Position

A marketing & sales executive with Aileron Wellness aims to maximize profits

through developing marketing & sales strategies that match customer

requirements and promoting products, services or ideas.

Duties & Responsibilities

Advertising & Promotions

Develop and facilitate communication programs, including Public Relations (PR),

Advertising & Promotions (A&P), events, launches, artwork development, etc to

promote the sales of company's products and services and to achieve company's

goals and objectives.

Corporate Identity

Ensure accuracy in usage of company's brand guideline and corporate image in

all communications. Exemplify and promote the mission, vision and philosophy of

the company.

Corporate Partnerships

Actively seek out new Corporate Partners for Corporate Team Building Proposals.

Establish & develop both short term and long term relationships with Corporate

Partners for recurrent business and referral. Work closely with key stakeholders in

proposal creation, including content and pricing.

Loyalty Program

Manage and develop existing membership loyalty program, including management

of the card production and inventory. Manage existing merchant partner relations

and actively establish new relationships with relevant merchants.

Leads Generation

Expand the membership base of the company through development of new leads

generation programs and referral base. Manage enquiries email inbox and walk-in

customers.

Workshops/ Courses

Develop Marketing strategies to communicate and generate participation for

academy business. Liaise with third party fitness institutions to target fitness

professionals. Establish relationships with Fitness Presenters and Master Trainers

for content management.

Digital & Social Media

Administrate the creation and publishing of relevant, original, high-quality content

on website and social media platforms. Track and monitor the performance of

posts, views and followers. Develop website and social media strategies to

increase buzz and conversions.

Merchandise

Establish relationships with relevant brands for merchandising. Create and

develop point of sales, including retail and e-commerce platforms. Manage

inventory and movement of stocks.
