Job Description

Role Overview

As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for driving business growth by generating new leads, closing deals, and expanding market presence.

You will work closely with project management teams to ensure smooth project delivery, utilizing your sales expertise and industry knowledge to secure new opportunities and build strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and evaluate lead generation campaigns for both local and global sales efforts.
  • Respond to and manage inbound sales leads promptly and effectively.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to close deals.
  • Collaborate with project managers to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments.

Prerequisites

  • Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in sales, preferably in the construction industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
  • Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications.
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and organizational skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
