The AIA Internship Programme 2026 is a 6-week structured internship designed to provide undergraduates with hands-on exposure to the financial services industry. Interns will develop financial literacy and advisory skills, with opportunities to obtain professional certifications (CMFAS), while learning directly from experienced mentors and industry leaders. The programme also offers networking opportunities, personal development through wellness and CSR activities, and a performance-driven environment with rewards and recognition. This internship aims to equip students with both practical skills and industry insights to prepare them for future careers.
Qualifications
• Undergraduates studying full-time in local university. NUS / NTU / SMU / SUSS / SUTD / SIT / SIM
• Academic qualification of “A” Levels or local Diploma.
• Minimum age of at least 20 years old.
