- Job Description
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project Management:
- Coordinate with Customer facing team and Dataset experts to identify and execute data filters
- Quality Assurance:
- Perform critical analysis of data set on the SaaS platform
- Help curate and filter relevant data for SaaS platform based on client requirements for new and existing clients
- Identify scalable solutions to maintain data relevance across projects
- Data Entry and Updates:
- Execute data entry and platform set-up for new client projects and data refreshes for existing clients
- Admin Tasks:
- Provide administrative support for the CEO and Manager. Oversee all administrative tasks
PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES
- An organised problem solver, able to prioritise efficiently and comfortable processing large amounts of information
- Attention to detail
- Excellent listening and communication skills (written and verbal), including ability to express thinking coherently
- Professional attitude and commercially aware. Able to use their own initiative and apply critical thinking to challenges
- Diploma or Bachelors in Business or related field
- Experience with FMCG, Food & Beverage is a plus
- Proficiency in multiple languages will be a plus
