AI Palette is a provider of deep-tech solutions for the FMCG industry. We use Machine Learning & Big Data Analytics to tell what they should be launching next. We are backed by Entrepreneur First (London based deep-tech startup accelerator) & SGInnovate (Singapore Government arm responsible for investment in deep-tech startups).
We have an amazing traction so far with 4 ongoing pilots - one with a Fortune 500 company, another with Givaudan, World's Largest flavor and fragrance company and couple more. We are in talks with 3 more for paid pilot projects that include Nestle, Kellogg's and Diageo; therefore, we are focused currently on building and scaling up our platform.

*FUNCTIONS*
Design and implement strategies for deriving insights (such as consumer needs - emotional, functional, sensory) out of social media posts, food reviews, blogs, discussion forums, etc. using natural language processing and computer vision algorithms.
Analyze and implement strategies for data collection and extraction using external APIs.
Build, train and refine Data models customized for specific food categories with focus on Asian Languages.
*SKILLS REQUIRED*
Demonstrated experience with Natural Language technologies and Computer Vision Algorithms.
Knowledge about NLP processes (namely Entity Recognition, Dependency Parsing, etc.) and Computer vision algorithms (namely face detection and age classification, object recognition, OCR to get text from image, etc.)
Experience with Data Collection using APIs, Data Cleaning and Text Mining.
Language experience with Python preferably.
Prior experience with working on AWS and Github code integration is a plus.
