With a mission to enable people to be productive and efficient by helping them get organised, we designed each bag with organisation and efficiency in mind. A question we always ask ourselves with every iteration of a bag design is “How can we cut down the time a person spends searching for things in their bag?”. Every pocket and compartment in an AGVA backpack and laptop bags are intentional and serve a purpose.

Job Description

We are a small team and need someone with an enthusiastic and positive attitude that is organised and detail oriented. Should be a self-starter that knows how to prioritize and doesn't require a lot of structure or guidance. A "no job is too small" mindset. An approachable & positive attitude.

  • Perform day to day sales support duties
  • Provide accounting and administrative support
  • Collecting, organizing, and filing sales orders using knowledge of paper and electronic filing systems.
  • Responsible for the smooth operational activities of the office like handling calls, emails, and visitors
  • Proper Documentation of Invoices as per the bookkeeping records
  • Any other work tasks as required 

Requirements

  • Meticulous and excellent attention to details
  • Able to plan and prioritise work
  • Organised
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
  • Excitement about working at a start-up
  • Not afraid to get your hands dirty (sometimes literally)
  • Singaporeans / Permanent Residents only
