All systems are assembled and tested at the AFTERSHOCK PC labs in Singapore.
As our company is currently expanding, we are looking for interns to join our team in our Laptop/Desktop Specialist team and/or our Customer Service/Business Administration team. We’d like to create a structured programme that would allow interns to undergo the necessary training, while clearing any educational requirements they may have.
There are different roles that interns can join: in our Desktop/Laptop team, they will be basically be trained in assembling a system, testing for quality control, diagnosing and resolving technical issues.
Students from the Diploma of Computer Engineering would probably be interested in this position.
We have also have positions that are suitable for Business Management (Dip in Business Administration) students. In this role, interns will be joining our day-to-day business operations over at our HQ, which is also a showroom. We pride ourselves in delivering top-notch customer service, so interns are basically trained in attending to customer queries (walk-ins/phone/email) and will be participating in the daily processes that help us manage/deliver orders efficiently. This will largely be a customer-service oriented role, and will probably include admin duties.
We welcome students from ITE and Higher NITEC too.
