Job Description
Store Supervisor / Up to $3.5k (Retail)
Responsible for overseeing the beauty and cosmetics section within a department store. Their role includes sales management, customer service, staff supervision, and product merchandising to ensure smooth operations and profitability.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Customer Service
- Drive sales targets and encourage upselling of beauty products.
- Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
- Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service.
Staff Supervision & Training
- Train beauty advisors on product knowledge and selling techniques.
- Monitor staff performance and ensure high service standards.
- Arrange staff schedules and manage work shifts.
Merchandising & Inventory Management
- Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
- Organize promotional events and beauty demonstrations.
Brand Coordination & Reporting
- Work with brands and suppliers for new product launches.
- Track sales reports and performance data.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
