Job Description 

• To lead organization-wide initiatives, managing increments, bonuses, and participating in remuneration surveys.
• Analyze market trends to ensure the competitiveness of the salary structure.
• Collaborating with HR Business Partners, you should contribute to job evaluations, salary reviews, and the design of compensation programs.
• Required to oversee employee benefits, handle insurance matters, and stay updated on industry practices for compliance.
• Aligning HR strategies with overall business objectives

Requirements

• Degree in Human Resources or its equivalent and 5 years of relevant experience in Compensation & Benefits.
• Candidates with HR business partnering experience will have an advantage.
