Store Supervisor / Up to $3.5k (Retail)

Responsible for overseeing the beauty and cosmetics section within a department store. Their role includes sales management, customer service, staff supervision, and product merchandising to ensure smooth operations and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

 Sales & Customer Service

• Drive sales targets and encourage upselling of beauty products.
• Provide product recommendations based on customer needs.
• Handle customer complaints and ensure excellent service.

 Staff Supervision & Training

• Train beauty advisors on product knowledge and selling techniques.
• Monitor staff performance and ensure high service standards.
• Arrange staff schedules and manage work shifts.

 Merchandising & Inventory Management

• Ensure product displays are attractive and well-stocked.
• Monitor stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for restocking.
• Organize promotional events and beauty demonstrations.

 Brand Coordination & Reporting

• Work with brands and suppliers for new product launches.
• Track sales reports and performance data.
• Provide feedback on market trends and customer preferences.
