Job Description & Requirements
- Attend to customer enquiries and complaints, including on-site calls
- Recommend preventive measures and provide prompt and effective resolution to technical problems
- Providing customers with prompt resolutions for any product or service issues
- Provide guidance and technical assistance to service teams & prepare payment to sub-contractors
- Proficient in Microsoft Office like Excel, Outlook
- 5.5 Days work week (alt.saturday)
Able to work independently and also a team-player
