- Ensure seamless daily store operations, maintain efficiency, and achieve business objectives.
- Drive sales performance, monitor key metrics, and implement revenue-enhancing strategies.
- Maintain high service standards, resolve customer concerns, and enhance satisfaction.
- Recruit, train, and manage staff to optimize performance and productivity.
- Oversee stock levels, supplier coordination, and effective product presentation.
- Manage budgets, control expenses, and implement loss prevention measures.
- Ensure adherence to company policies, industry regulations, and workplace safety protocols.
