Key Responsibilities

1. Leasing Strategy & Planning

• Develop and execute leasing strategies to achieve high occupancy rates
• Plan and optimise tenant mix based on property positioning
• Support Asset Enhancement Initiatives (AEI) with leasing insights

2. Tenant Sourcing & Negotiation

• Identify and secure suitable tenants (retailers, F&B, services, etc.)
• Lead lease negotiations (rental rates, tenure, incentives)
• Renew existing leases to ensure tenant retention

3. Market & Performance Analysis

• Conduct market research on rental trends and competitors
• Analyse leasing performance, footfall, and sales data
• Recommend strategies to improve rental yield and asset value

4. Lease Management

• Oversee lease documentation and compliance
• Work with legal teams on tenancy agreements
• Ensure adherence to company policies and regulations

5. Stakeholder & Relationship Management

• Build strong relationships with tenants, agents, and partners
• Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns
• Liaise with operations teams to ensure smooth tenant onboarding

6. Asset Value Enhancement

• Contribute ideas for mall repositioning and branding
• Identify underperforming units and propose improvement plans
• Support long-term portfolio growth strategies
