Leasing Exec / Up to $4k / Commercial

• Formulate leasing strategy to target desired trade mix.
• Handle all enquiries, viewings, lease negotiations, renewals, and administration.
• Develop marketing collateral and circulars.
• Keep up to date on the latest trend for retail sector.
• Prepare annual budgets, financial and monthly reports, and monitor performance.
• Work closely with other departments to support in marketing event and strengthen tenant relation.
• Any other task as assigned by immediate supervisor or management.

Requirement

• Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate Management, or relevant field.
• Min 2-3 years relevant experience working in similar position.
• Creative, resourceful, and possess excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Able to work within tight timelines, resourceful and systematic in resolving problems.
