- Customer Assistance & Personal Shopping
- Greet customers warmly and provide a VIP-level service experience.
- Assist with product recommendations, styling tips, and gift selection.
- Offer personal shopping services based on customer preferences.
- Store & Brand Information
- Provide details about store promotions, new arrivals, and loyalty programs.
- Offer guidance on mall/store navigation and recommend relevant shops.
- Luxury & VIP Customer Service
- Arrange personalized appointments for high-value clients.
- Coordinate with boutiques, beauty salons, or exclusive services.
- Complaint Handling & Issue Resolution
- Address and resolve customer complaints professionally.
- Work with store managers to handle special customer requests.
- Ensure a smooth, enjoyable shopping experience for every visitor.
