We are possibly the only company in the world that does a Dream Interview to choose educators to work with us by looking at how passionate and committed they are towards their dreams. Because we know one thing: Our children will only have dreams if their parents and teachers have dreams. That’s the thing that is missing in the education system today. Of course such confidence to transform is also backed with our unique technology to organize information called the OPCM – One Page Concept Map.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

  1. Implement the strategies set by the company for social media marketing
  2. Manage, plan and oversee the social media calendar
  3. Work with the team to generate relevant content and artwork
  4. Measure the success of every social media campaign
  5. Track and analyze in order to provide effective solutions for content optimization
  6. Regular reporting of data collated
  7. Build on existing social media system and enhance it further with new insights gained in the process

Requirements:

  1. Social media savvy (e.g. Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn)
  2. Independent worker
  3. Organised, consistent, disciplined and timeline driven
  4. Proper planning and innovative execution of work in all area
  5. Be able to initiate conversation with the management for review of strategy based on the data collected from the campaign
