Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Handle clients’ queries and follow-ups promptly and professionally
Fulfil clients’ requests in a timely manner
Update client database and ensure proper maintanence of clients’ records
Deliver high levels of service to clients and liaising with relevant departments
General administrative support including filing, scanning, photocopying of documents
Any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

- Minimum a Diploma / Degree in any field from a recognized institution
- Singaporean
- Mature, self-motivated and driven
- Good verbal and written communication skills
- Able to work independently and as a team
- No experience required and training will be provided
