Our Internship Programme (IP23), in its 23rd edition, is designed for driven students who want to understand how modern financial advisory, private banking, and investment solutions operate in the real world.
The IP23 Internship Programme is a structured, immersive 8-week internship designed to expose interns to the fundamentals of financial advisory, wealth management, and investment strategy. Interns will gain a balanced experience across client advisory concepts, investment analysis, case-based problem solving, and industry exposure, supported by formal certification training and real-world applications.
Key Responsibilities
• Learn the fundamentals of financial planning, including protection, wealth accumulation, and portfolio construction
• Support advisors in client case preparation, needs analysis, and presentation materials
• Participate in investment research and a Stock Pitch Competition, presenting structured investment ideas
• Work in teams on case competitions, solving real-world financial and business scenarios
• Attend exclusive on-site industry visits
• Engage with mentors and senior leaders to understand career pathways in financial services

Who We’re Looking For
• Undergraduate or recent graduate from any discipline
• Strong interest in finance, investments, or business strategy
• Analytical, coachable, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
No prior finance background required—training is provided.
