Pros: Great culture and values-based culture as a foundation. Even after leaving the organization to start a business overseas, AA still holds a special and dear place in my heart. Although technically an insurance agency, it has one of the most robust, forward thinking and competent Management core and corporate structure. Its impressive to a level that it is studied as a case-study and emulated in other agencies and companies globally. When it comes to income, being a sales based job where income is heavily reliant on commissions, the old adage that you get what you deserve is more prominent that ever. However the robust training programs will give ready, willing and able new entrants a strong head-start. Strong focus on ethics and being competent and professional.
Cons: Rapid expansion of AAG in the past few years has diluted the cultures based system that brought AAG to prominence in the local and global stage. However not exactly a con, but i guess with time and as the newer generation comes in, change is inevitable.
