IP23 Financial Advisory & Wealth Management Intern

Programme Overview
The IP23 Internship Programme is a structured, immersive 8-week internship designed to expose interns to the fundamentals of financial advisory, wealth management, and investment strategy.
Interns will gain a balanced experience across client advisory concepts, investment analysis, case-based problem solving, and industry exposure, supported by formal certification training and real-world applications.

Key Responsibilities
As an IP23 Intern, you will:
• Learn the fundamentals of financial planning, including protection, wealth accumulation, and portfolio construction
• Support advisors in client case preparation, needs analysis, and presentation materials
• Participate in investment research and a Stock Pitch Competition, presenting structured investment ideas
• Work in teams on case competitions, solving real-world financial and business scenarios
• Attend on-site industry visits to:
• A private bank
• iFAST office
• A healthcare/hospital facility (understanding financial planning in healthcare contexts)
• Undergo training and sit for MAS-recognised certification papers (M9 & HI)
• Engage with mentors and senior leaders to understand career pathways in financial services

• Undergraduate or recent graduate from any discipline
• Strong interest in finance, investments, or business strategy
• Analytical, coachable, and willing to learn
• Good communication skills and a professional attitude
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
No prior finance background required—training is provided.

• Programme Fee: $1,800 per successful candidate placement
