IP23 Financial Advisory Internship Programme (8 Weeks)
The IP23 Internship Programme is a structured and immersive 8-week internship designed to introduce students to the fundamentals of financial advisory, wealth management, and investment strategy.
Interns will gain hands-on exposure through a mix of practical learning, case-based problem solving, investment analysis, and industry engagement, supported by formal certification training and real-world applications.
This programme is suitable for individuals who are curious about the finance industry and want a meaningful learning experience beyond a typical internship.
Key Responsibilities
As an intern, you will:
Learn the core principles of financial planning, including protection planning, wealth accumulation, and basic portfolio construction
Support financial advisors in client case preparation, needs analysis, and presentation materials
Participate in investment research and a Stock Pitch Competition, where you will present structured investment ideas
Work in teams on case competitions, solving real-world financial and business scenarios
Attend on-site industry visits to gain exposure to different sectors within financial services
Engage with mentors and senior leaders to gain insights into career pathways in the financial advisory and finance industry

Who We’re Looking For
This programme is open to:
Undergraduates or recent graduates from any discipline
Individuals with a strong interest in finance, investments, or business strategy
Candidates who are analytical, coachable, and eager to learn
Strong communicators with a professional attitude
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment
No prior finance background is required — full training will be provided.
