Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with department heads to understand hiring needs and job requirements.
• Develop and post job advertisements on job boards, social media, and the company website.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates through various channels, including professional networks and employee referrals.
• Schedule and conduct initial interviews, providing recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage the candidate lifecycle from application to onboarding, ensuring a smooth experience.
• Maintain and update recruitment databases and reports.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external recruitment partners.
• Stay updated on trends in recruitment and talent acquisition.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes simultaneously.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
