We are looking for a business operations intern to support the expansion of the operations of our business. You will be joining a company at an inflection point: growth in the volume of both B2B and B2C orders is rapidly increasing.
You will be working with the Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to understand the different aspects and requirements of our B2B and B2C clients and build new and more scalable ways of doing business whilst handling ad-hoc tasks from time to time.
We are looking for someone with:

• Hands-on attitude - Willing to roll up your sleeves to get your hands dirty
• Proactive attitude - Able to adapt to changes quickly and taking control of the new situation with new ideas and solutions
• Perseverance - Able to endure and do whatever it takes to get the job done
Job duties include:
• Managing and coordinating business operations of deployments
• Liaising with key suppliers to ensure timely delivery
• Manage and maintain inventory levels of ice cream capsules at client locations
• Assist in research and development of new ice cream flavors
• Assist Operations Manager and Business Development Manager to drive outcomes on meeting timely deployments of Swirl.GO machines
• Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by the company
Requirements
• Singaporean/PR only
• Full-time interns preferred (at least 3-6 months commitment)
• Meticulous and organized, with proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel
• A team player, proactive and can also work independently
• Good written and spoken English
