Position Objective
Provides technical support in the installation and maintenance services to our customers. Using defined procedures to properly execute, implement, test and support Advantech ‘s provided solutions.
Major Areas of Responsibility
- Involve with system integrations and conduct testing
- Assemble electrical and electronic systems and prototypes according to engineering data and knowledge of electrical principles, using hand tools and measuring instruments.
- Maintain all SI records & documentations, testing equipment, tools and diagnostic materials in good condition and as accordance with established standards.
- Troubleshooting and repair of defected products
- Escalate problems as appropriate.
