- answer telephone and walk in enquiries
- handle incoming and outgoing mails and deliveries
- basic studio housekeeping and sanitation
- day to day management of studio
- basic reception and administrative duties
- marking of attendance
- sales of packages and miscellaneous items
- ordering of new stocks/ office supplies
- greeting and welcoming clients in the studio
