Job Description

 

Digital marketing

  • Manage website content creation and updates
  • Ensure content and images on our websites are updated and maintained
  • Create visuals for in-house digital screens, in collaboration with the Marketing Executive(s)

Social Media Marketing

  • Develop and execute imageries/videos and postings across all various social media pages and website
  • Create videos for social media pages, in collaboration with the Marketing Executive(s)
  • Develop creative social media campaigns for impactful brand awareness
  • Tracking/measuring the effectives of such strategies and campaigns, including raising brand awareness, conversion of leads into actual appointments
  • Increase following and engagement on social media pages
  • Analyze engagement performance for boosting
  • Responsible for analyzing market trends and keeping on top of competitive landscape
  • Manage budget for social media activities
  • Ensure that the Customer Service team respond to enquiries on social media pages
  • Support in promotional and marketing efforts through the creation of all marketing materials, branding and logo items ensuring all branding and hotel guidelines are adhered to, in collaboration with the graphic designer.
  • Coordinate and manage photography, in collaboration with the Marketing Executive(s)
  • Ensure image storage and distribution systems are maintained, in collaboration with the Marketing Executive(s)
  • He/she should also be responsible for setting achievable and measurable KPI’s in this domain, and be able to lead the team to achieve them.
  • Ensure all creatives are reviewed and approved by the Managing Director.

Clinic Infrastructure

  • Ensure collaterals in clinic is sufficient and functional, including managing maintenance and replenishing if any
  • Ensure clinic environment is maintained to required standards

 The Marketing Manager will report to the Chief Operating Officer, work with team members and all relevant stakeholders on the above matters, and any other duties as may be assigned.

Qualification

Job Requirements

  • Degree in Marketing or Business Admin or any relevant studies
  • At least 5 years of relevant marketing experience
  • Prior experience in Advertising Company will be a bonus
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, and a good team-player
  • Able to manage timelines well in a fast-paced environment
  • Interest in service operations management, customer service or equivalent
  • Excellent teamwork and communication skills, in particular interpersonal skills to liaise with staff and patients
  • Good organizational and analytical skills – prioritization of tasks to ensure operational efficiency
  • Ability to work with IT software and computers – clinic management and administrative software is heavily used in the clinics
  • Ability and flexibility to work in fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work under pressure
