Supply Chain Business Analyst Intern (Full Time - 4 to 6 Months)
POSITION CHARTER:
Support supply chain team in demand planning, logistics, key performance measurement, master data, etc. This position reports to the Commercial Operations Director.
SCOPE AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Improve current key performance measurement process by using Macros / SQL to measure forecast accuracy, on time delivery, etc.
- Work with sales team on demand forecast, consolidate the forecast and prepare waterfall report
- Work with freight forwarder to do shipment booking
- Support supply planning and inventory management
- Clean up the master data
- Observe and comply with company procedures and policies
- Perform other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
- Undergraduates pursing a Degree in Supply Chain or IT
- Advanced Excel skills. Knowledge of Excel Macros / SQL preferred

- Good spoken and written communication skills
- Adaptable, flexible and keen interest to learn
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and ensure tasks are completed on time
Internship duration: 4 to 6 months
