Job Description

This is an Internal/In-house, temp/contract/internship position with Adecco. 

Working Location: Central Area, Orchard

Commitment: minimum 1 month.

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid Working Environment)

Job Description

As an intern, you will have the opportunity to learn and gain experience in various aspects of recruitment.

  • Providing support for End-to-End recruitment
  • Assist in sourcing candidates through various channels and determine their initial fit for the role
  • Familiarising with Applicant Tracking System (ATS), learning how navigate the system and update open positions
  • Identify potential customers through market research and leads generation
  • Preparation of PowerPoint slides for internal training purposes e.g. Employment Market Updates (Bi-monthly)
