- Reporting to the Recruitment Consultant, the key responsibilities are as follows:
- Perform pre-hiring process tasks which includes but not limited to familiarizing with key jargon/terms used by the industry, support in creating job advertisement, monitoring response rates on job sites and shortlisting of resumes
- Perform hiring process task which includes but not limited to interviewing candidates, create profiles for candidate, preparing recruitment reports.
