Job Description

This is an Internal/In-house, temp/contract/internship position with Adecco. 

Working Location: Central Area, Orchard

Commitment: minimum 3 months 

Working Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 6pm (Hybrid Working Environment)

Job Description

- Reporting to the Client Partner Executives, the key responsibilities are:

- Support contract associates and clients on end to end process of the employee life cycle. This includes and is not limited to managing onboarding process/orientation, handling HR related matters, attending to client/associate enquiries, performance/grievances/morale management, counselling, termination. offboarding etc.

- Ensure adherence and compliance of process to local statutory MOM regulations.

- Maintain good relationship with clients and associates to achieve high retention and high job placements.

- Support recruiters with job placements
