Adaface – Business Development Intern

We are seeking an ambitious and dynamic Business Development Intern to join our team. In this role, you will play a critical role in the identification and pursuit of new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with potential clients, and developing strategies to drive growth and increase efficiency. You will be working alongside our experienced business development team, learning about the intricacies of the pre-employment testing market and how to navigate complex B2B sales cycles.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Assist in the development of strategic business plans, exploring and identifying new business opportunities in both existing and potential markets.
2. Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitor strategies.
3. Support customer relationship management, including maintaining contact databases, tracking sales leads, and ensuring seamless customer follow-ups.
4. Contribute to the creation of marketing and sales materials to promote our services.
5. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met, enhancing customer satisfaction.
6. Participate in business meetings and industry events to network with potential clients and understand the latest market trends.
7. Assist in analyzing sales metrics to evaluate the success of business development strategies.
