We are looking for an experienced and driven Senior WordPress Web Developer with a strong foundation in custom development, UI/UX, and e-commerce solutions. This role demands someone who can architect, lead, and execute full-scale website projects from the ground up — without relying on templates or page builders.

Your Responsibilities:
Strategic Website Design & UI/UX Development
- Lead the design and development of visually compelling, brand-aligned e-commerce websites.
- Establish and maintain best practices in UI/UX, ensuring seamless navigation and responsiveness across devices.
- Guide visual design elements such as typography, layout, and imagery to elevate engagement and conversion.
E-Commerce Platform Development
- Build and maintain WooCommerce and WordPress websites.
- Develop custom features, plugins, and integrations based on project needs.
- Customize or build themes from scratch — ensuring fast, scalable, and high-performing websites.
Speed & Performance Optimization
- Deliver projects efficiently within timelines.
- Optimize page load speed, responsiveness, and backend performance through best practices (caching, compression, clean coding).
SEO & Digital Marketing Integration
- Build SEO-optimized site structures, metadata, and product pages.
- Implement and manage marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, and CRM/automation solutions.
Payment Gateway & Third-Party Integrations
- Set up secure payment gateways (Stripe, PayPal, local banks).
- Integrate logistics, CRM, and automation tools for streamlined e-commerce operations.
Maintenance & Troubleshooting
- Perform regular updates, security patches, bug fixes, and troubleshoot technical issues to ensure high uptime.
Collaboration & Communication
- Collaborate with internal teams (design, marketing, business) to align development work with strategic objectives.
- Provide insights from analytics, trends, and user feedback to inform website improvements.
Key Skills We’re Looking For:
Strong UI/UX design and website aesthetic sense
Expert-level proficiency in WordPress and WooCommerce mastery
Strong ability to develop WordPress themes and features from scratch (without page builders)
Advanced front-end (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript) and back-end (PHP, MySQL) capabilities
Proven track record in site speed optimization and SEO best practices
Experience integrating payment gateways and third-party solutions
Problem-solving mindset and fast, efficient work ethic
