Photo Studio Internship - $600 Per Month for 3 Months Internship Program

Integrated to the Content Production team, we are seeking a creative and enthusiastic Production Assistant who will support the Head of Production and the Photographer in creating images for our client websites as well as running all day to day operations. Attention to details and initiatives are keys that will help drive the team’s performance and efficiency of client websites. This position requires a self-motivated, positive, service-orientated individual.
Duties and responsibilities
- Experience and support E-Commerce end-to-end operations from studio production, store management to last
- mile fulfillment
- Supporting the production leaders in various aspects of images & content creation for assigned projects.
- Assist the photographer during photo shooting (product preparation, positioning items on set, images
- renaming).
- Assist warehouse leaders to meet fulfillment deadline
- Assist Marketplace Store Managers (Lazada, Shopee, Qoo10) to ensure smooth online store operations
- Liaise with other departments when necessary.
- Communicate on progress and escalate pain point to production leaders.
Requirements
- Diploma in related field preferred
- Previous experience as a studio assistant, stylist assistant or photography assistant good to have
- Strong attention to detail and ability to meet schedule inputs
- Ability to communicate effectively in English.
- Self-motivated personality able to respond to a brief and propose a new idea
- Great team player
- Ability to work in a growing fast-paced under tight-timeline
