Job Description

General Insurance Administrative Executive (Part-time)


Responsibilities:

- Provide administrative support related to new business, renewal business, enquiries, claims handling and quotation preparation

- Build good rapport and maintain good working relationship with insurance companies

- Any other adhoc duties as and when required


Opportunities:

- Training will be provided

- Gain first-hand experience on general insurance broker operation

- Gain knowledge of corporate risk management


Requirements:

- Minimum Diploma or GCE “A” Level or equivalent with Certificate of General Insurance (CGI)

- Entry level candidates are welcome

- Excellent customer-mindedness with good interpersonal and communications skills

- Independent, meticulous, organised and able to work in a fast-paced environment

- Proficiency in English and Chinese (to liaise with Mandarin speaking clients)

- Common sense, great judgement and a good sense of humor

- Able to commence immediately or on short notice

- Must be able to commit Monday to Friday from 9am to 1pm or from 1pm to 6pm

- Location: Near Tai Seng MRT
