AcePLP – Talent Development Intern

Our clients include government agencies, and the most established building contractors and engineering consultants. In line with our expansion, AcePLP Group is now looking for Talent Development Interns to complement its growing workforce.

Responsibilities:

• Source, screen and shortlist candidates from our existing database
• Improve employee engagement with AcePLP BIM engineers
• Assist in ongoing career development programs with the Training Department
• Conducting phone or face to face interviews to identify suitable candidates
• Understanding the job requirements and matching suitable candidates to appropriate roles, negotiate offer terms and place candidates successfully
• Pre-screen resumes and evaluates effectiveness of electronic candidate evaluation tools

Requirement:

• Hardworking, highly competitive and goal driven
• Able to communite the company's vision,mission, and career opportunities to potential candidates
• People-oriented with excellent interpersonal skills
• Strong work ethic
• Effective bilingual (English and Mandarin)
• Experience in cold calling and door to door sales
