Job Description

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Coordinating between all parties for the implementation of 3 system – Navision (ERP), WMS, OMS
  • Analyze process workflow, employee & space requirements, equipment layout and suggest possible changes
  • Develop, implement, enforce and/or evaluate policies and procedures for receiving product, equipment utilization, inventory management and shipping
  • Study and work with Product Managers to collect data of product requirements from various vendors for the initial implementation of WMS & OMS
  • Communicate and convey with internal stakeholders on the progress, issues and rectifying accordingly
  • Liaise with external vendors to see through the implementation

Learning Outcomes & Objectives

  • Acquire key knowledge required to undertake Project Management
  • Learn about operational performance of both internal and external service providers
  • Acquire skill in Scheduling Project Work
  • Able to identify the resources needed for each stage, including involved stakeholders, tools and supplementary materials
  • Sharpen communication skills to communicate with multiple stakeholders and external vendors as well as managing project timeline

Requirements

  • Currently pursuing Degree in Business Management/Operations Management/Supply Chain or relevant field
  • Passionate about e-commerce and operational environment is a plus
  • Strong in communication skills & project management
  • Able to cope with fast pace working environment
  • Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
  • Good team player, positive attitude, motivated and eager to learn
