AceCom Technologies specialises in the online and offline distribution of IT hardware, consumer electronics, general merchandise, FMCG, and beauty products. E-commerce enabler managing marketplace channels for our clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Handle daily AR functions and online billing settlement
• Data entry
• Update of Inventory, and assist in monthly stock taking
• Assist in administrative duties including filing
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned

• Gain insight into business accounting
• Develop skill in supporting and handling accounts receivable
• Accomplish tasks independently
• Understand accounting deadlines and proper filling
• Develop valued skills such as teamwork, communications, and attention to detail

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Degree in Finance/Accounting or relevant field
• Meticulous, responsible, initiative, independent & good team player
• Able to cope with fast pace working environment
• Demonstrates exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow specific procedures and instructions
