Job Description

1. Lead Generation and Prospecting

Identify and qualify leads through various channels, such as networking, social media, emails, and cold calling.

Maintain and update a database of potential customers.

Schedule meetings or calls between prospective clients and senior executives.

2. Client Relationship Management

Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and potential clients.

Ensure clients are informed about new products, services, and promotions.

Act as a point of contact for any sales-related queries or issues from clients.

3. Sales Support

Assist the sales team in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations for clients.

Support in contract negotiations and closing deals under the supervision of senior sales personnel.

Participate in sales calls and client meetings to learn the sales process.

4 Reporting and Data Management

Track and report on sales metrics and performance, including the number of leads generated, conversion rates, and client feedback.

Keep CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems up to date with client and sales information.

Prepare weekly and monthly reports for senior management.

5. Sales Strategy Development

Assist in creating strategies to attract new clients and expand the customer base.

Contribute to the development and execution of marketing campaigns and initiatives.

 

10. Administrative Tasks

Manage emails, phone calls, and other communications related to sales activities.

Schedule appointments and follow up with leads and clients regularly.

These roles are essential in building the company’s client base, expanding into new markets, and contributing to the revenue growth of the business. Trainees typically work under close supervision but gradually take on more responsibility as they gain experience.
