As a Project Manager you will be responsible for overseeing the project from start to finish. This includes managing timelines, organizing resources, testing & User Acceptance Testing, project push live, collaborating with stakeholders, and ensuring that the project is delivered on time and on budget.
Job Function
Determine and define project scope and objectives.
Manage resources in an effective and efficient manner.
Identify and define business requirements.
Creating proposals and pitch decks for Request for Proposals (RFP)
Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan.
Provide project updates on a consistent basis to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
Assigning tasks and communicating expected deliverables with resources.
Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed.
Performing testing & User Acceptance Testing throughout all stages of the project to ensure it does what it was designed to do in real-world situations.
Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement.
Create documentations for project handovers or internal learnings.
Must-Have Skills
Diploma in Business, Design or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to clearly and efficiently articulate briefs to resources.
Excellent command of written & spoken English.
Ability to solve problems creatively.
Excellent analytical skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and extremely resourceful.
Ability to complete projects according to outlined scope, budget, and timeline.
Ability to work across multiple projects, align on goals and output good results.
Tech savvy and able to work with technical personnel with basic technical knowledge.
No prior work experience required.
Ability to communicate and write in Chinese is a plus.
Benefits
$2,000 - $2,200
Medical Subsidy of up to $50 per visit. (capped at $500 per year)
Transportation reimbursement subjected to approval.
Rollover for unused leave up to 6 days.

Due to the nature of the industry, late nights and working weekends are inevitable for certain project live dates.
