Responsibilities
- Preparation of purchase, delivery orders and quotations
- Replying queries via email from external vendors
- Updating of relevant documents for record keeping
- Any other ad hoc duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.)
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to multi-task, organise, and prioritise work
- Ideal candidate to have minimum qualification of N Levels or higher
