Job Description

PURPOSE

Manage Distributed Control System (DCS) and Control Logics for the plant manufacturing process to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assist and support DCS management/control Engineering Group in
  • Troubleshooting of the plant automatic control system (DCS)
  • Test execution of single automatic phase control and phase management
  • Coordinates project activities, execution of plant solutions and control logics for chemical production together with involved departments
  • Project activities of plant solutions and control logics including safety and environmental aspects
  • Coordinating educational and training activities for the chemical department
  • Encouraging employees to submit near miss report and other information which can improve EHS program, and updating of EHS statistics to employees during monthly EHS department meetings

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Pursing Diploma/Bachelor degree in Chemical Engineering or equivalent technical degree
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Leadership qualities
  • Ability to multitask
  • Reliable, responsible, and personal integrity
