Looking for undergraduates from Singapore universities who are seeking full time internship for 6 months.
- Apply critical thinking and project management to execute process improvement or timely completion of project.
- Develop training materials for engineers in the manufacturing plant for site use.
- Assist with activities supporting employees competency development and metric reporting.
- Assist with activities supporting training class scheduling, registration and learning record retention.
- Any other projects as assigned according to site strategy.
Learning outcomes:
- Experience managing project by timeline and delivery meeting intent.
- Experience training material development.
- Learn employees competency framework process leading to development plan
- Build relationship and coordinate tasks for class scheduling and registration.
