Internship Description:

- Provide ideas and help to streamline Asia Pacific Headquarter financial close into system. We will need the allocation by Products/functions. (monthly exercise)

- Assist Area team with cost change process (during Sep-Oct).

- Propose/Create automation for Brand Profit & Loss/Expenses templates. Currently, our process is manual consolidation from countries’ inputs in excel

Propose/Create automation in E-Commerce/Digital spend tracking.

Learning Outcome:

- Gain understanding on the nature of Healthcare business and how it impacts the way management views financials (by brand, by cost centers)

- Have the opportunity to experience cost change cycle, and understand how commodity/demand/supply impacts cost change from various plants across the globe

- Obtain understanding on financial planning & analysis (FP&A) work and processes

- Learn to tailor templates/presentations according to relevant needs of stakeholders
