As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in the strategic marketing action plans for the Singapore and China markets.

Job Description

As a key member of the team, you will play an important role in the strategic marketing action plans for the Singapore and China markets.

Key tasks will include but are not limited to:

  • Develop and strengthen brand's identity, presence and product awareness through creative marketing plans
  • Strengthen our relationship with clients and company partnerships
  • Develop and implement our marketing plans in line with the growth and revenue objectives
  • Create online and offline marketing content
  • Plan and schedule social media posts and marketing collaterals
  • Create marketing messages with a strong call to action
  • Manage and plan effective and impactful campaigns and promotions, ensuring marketing activities are in line with the brand's strategic business direction.
  • Track, analyse and report the success of those campaigns and events
  • Consolidate and upkeep relevant marketing reports and presentations.
  • English & Mandarin copywriting and proofreading for marketing collaterals such as brochures, catalogues, promotional vouchers, social media promotions, etc.
  • Liaise and work with department & boutique store buyers to list our brand into their stores
  • Conduct market research and analysis to evaluate trends on brand awareness and competition ventures
  • Identify customers’ needs and implement new strategies to create brand awareness and improve customer experience
  • Develop SEO strategies - Conduct keyword research and use SEO guidelines to optimize content
  • Plan and manage sales forecast to achieve sales targets

Other responsibilities on an ad hoc basis depending on the projects developed by the team.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years of relevant experience
  • Bachelors Degree, Post Graduate Diploma or Professional Degree in Marketing or a related field of study
  • Excellent writing and communication skills
  • MUST HAVE experience in Digital Marketing
  • Have good data analysis skills
  • Experienced in creating and executing successful digital & social media campaigns
  • Prior experience in the luxury retail industry is a bonus
  • Proficient in Excel and Powerpoint
  • Familiar with digital technologies for marketing campaigns, able to analyse trends and insights, familiar with SEO and email marketing
  • Interest in influencer marketing, familiar with local and China social media influencers and KOLs
  • Strong project management skills with multitasking and execution abilities
  • Extremely detail-oriented and organised
  • Forward-thinking and pro-active
  • Eager to grow and thrive in a startup environment
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin required to liaise with Media and PR
